This OVA's title is a ripoff of the Cat's Eye TV series (1984), but other than that, it's perfectly unrelated and uniquely unremarkable. As this Japanese review describes it, "This show lets you experience the post-nut clarity without ever nutting." The show's title has "①" everywhere, designating is as the 1st (of n) part, but no "②" was ever made, making it look even more pathetic. There isn't any pixel censoring because the angles were selected specifically to avoid showing genitals. I guess this counts as uncensored?
