There were a lot of arguments about the episode order, but I was convinced the creators intended the blue episode to come before the red one, even though timeline-wise the red comes first.
Also, we won’t be actively covering new episodes for the time being (we’ll still do some), since we can’t compete with [Emotion] in terms of speed, and they don’t want to join us.
We’re looking through the backlog now and commissions.

Their videos are at most 30 fps. And if they did actually make their files 48 fps, they'd just be wasting your bandwidth and storage space with twice as many duplicate frames as anime has to begin with. Also, their translations are either bad or lifted from other sources.
clearly you've not even tried them. They interpolate the 24fps videos into 48fps, they look far better than the originals, they upscale the lower quality web releases too. They use who ever has the best subs at the time and update them when better sources are available.

I believe you're correct. On Lune's site, blue is listed first. Out of curiosity, I also checked the source manga and blue once again comes before red.
