This show was licensed in the US as "Best of Kitty #2", but since I couldn't find a rip of those official subs that isn't hardsubbed, I judged it would be easier to retranslate it than fix up a faulty OCR of a translation that's pretty mid in the first place.
The RAW is a domesday-captured rip of a Japanese LD. Unfortunately censored, unlike all the previous rips, which seem to come from R1 DVDs. Again, in a perfect world, somebody would splice the scenes that need censoring and replace the footage with non-pixelated DVD one, but that somebody is not me.
From what I can tell, at least the video wasn't reedited, so repurposing these new subs to an uncensored DVD raw should be as easy as a simple shift.

Really proud that I got to provide the video for this release. The US DVD is a trash release where Kitty Media could not get the uncensored masters for the video. Thus, they decided to cut out multiple scenes where mosaic was shown to avoid people seeing that its not really uncenored. In the beginning of the US DVD, you can even see they tried to animated/edit one of the sexual scenes themselves in an attempt to uncensor it, and its laughably bad. This is the definitive uncut release that got me into collecting hentai laserdiscs. Its not a very good OVA, but at least its uncut now.
