The official dubtitles (from this torrent) for this were decent and surprisingly close to the Japanese text, so I used that as a base, mostly making stylistic edits to make them abide to the "normal" subtitles style. After a point around 18:34 the DVD subs became desynced with the video several times, because the DVD footage was edited back and forth several seconds, for some reason. Therefore adding the official dub would require actual syncing, and that's more effort than what I'm willing to put into it. Ditto for some Russian subs I found. This release only includes English subs.

At around the 16:30 mark, that small scene was removed for the US release. I'm assuming because there were mosaics underneath, the licensor decided to cut it out either because they couldn't get an uncensored master or just to keep the OVA consistant in terms of censorship already there, as in the fog. Funnily enough, they kept a screenshot of said scene in the credits. With this release, it is now fully uncut and in way better quality than the trashy US DVD.
