So the Amateur project has been going for 6 months already. I know, right? Time flies. Only 3 releases have ~10k downloads. Total 53 releases. ~59 episodes translated/released. Almost all releases use HQ raws. I still do a lot of the things alone, yet without Folles this whole thing would've never popped off. I learned a lot, met people and got some exp. We currently have ~5 people active from time to time, but nothing beats being unemployed. I'm in the process of getting a job (finally) and would appreciate advice(or help) on how to make the team not dependent on me that much. Would appreciate kind words in the comments.
Tennouji aka SakuraCircle, we still love, remember and cherish you. I honestly have no idea how you were subbing all the shows alone continuously. If you guys assumed that's hard, well, it's crazy hard. It requires immense dedication, time resouces and the services reusing his work never even hired him... Such a bright, dedicated, kind and absolutely selfless person.

Thanks for your hard work, it's appreciated, even if 99% of the cunts that grab them never say anything. I had no idea the DDL links actually pay out, I'll use those from now on. As for how to stop making yourself indispensable, there are only two options:
- Get more people to help and take over the lion's share of your responsibilities OR
- Figure out a way to automate the process as much as possible - In other words, AI. And that's going to be difficult to do while also avoiding a loss in quality. It's called "AI Slop" for a reason, after all. I'd help out if I had the personal bandwidth, but...I don't :(
@fozzibab Thanks. AI is a "nice to have", but when you use it too much, you just end up extremely lazy. Also nothing beats debating with guys on what line changes to make and why. But yeah, still looking for people to share my responsibilities with :D
