Hardsubs are bad enough (people will ocr it in a couple minutes anyway) but putting a watermark over the video is actually cringe. I understand the frustration with people ripping the subs without crediting the original but that's simply the reality of the thankless job that is fansubbing.

I really wish you do soft subs the hard subs I am not able to choose a nice font that is easily able to be read.

Thanks for the hard work, it's really appreciated. Put a watermark over the video anyway. Make it circular or square, and put it in one of the corners of your video, at 50% opacity, for the entire thing. Make it big enough that it can't be cut without risk of fucking up the video. It's fine. You deserve compensation/credit at the very least, and fuck those assholes that steal your work. If a watermark achieves that, do it.
