The one you linked doesn't need a compilation. Just buy it, rip it, and upload it. No big deal. I'm only compiling tankoubon where all of the chapters have been released in final tankoubon form uncensored by Fakku as part of magazines but without releasing the tank. Look at the mogg compilations I released.
I'll look into the Tachibana Omina tanks though.
