Apparently the source is shit because it's even worse than Hikiko123 https://slow.pics/c/P9zDlPbe So making a rip like this makes no sense. An upscale made from Hikiko rip would look better (May Zeus strike me with lightning for saying that).
@Shinkiro, it looks like it was sharpen applied and i hate it but as you said the dvdiso is really shit. We all love the god hikiko.
