I have the Locale Emulator installed but still can't get the program to work. It just closes as soon as it opens.
@davehyun Rivatunerstatistics or the like causes this. a problem with the dll
do not run in jp locale, it doesn't work. only with "modify application profile" work.
Works for me and I never use any Locale Emulator, I just changed my language for non-Unicode programs to Japanese.
Is she eternally stuck with that same face? It's as if the only thing she'll ever be able to say is "eyeayeyeyeayeya"...

Player need locale to be in japanese, to avoid switching your OS grab https://github.com/xupefei/Locale-Emulator/releases, right click on Rurumu.exe - modify application profile - fake system UI. Make sure to reset explorer exe when you are done installing locale emulator or reboot PC
