1987 h-anime Kaguya-hime - Taketori Monogatari (Princess Kaguya - The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter). Not to be confused with the recent Isao Takahara masterpiece - and believe me, you won't be confused.

The raw is absolute eye cancer, a horrible VHS rip, so you've been warned. The question of censored or uncensored is moot, because the lack of definition in the encode and the frequent video defects make it impossible to tell. Unfortunately, this is the only raw available.
