It's old anime on 2018, 2nd encode by waifu2x + HEVC. Origin source is not bad that is WMV9 with higher bitrate. (1321kbps for 640x480) I want to get a RAW file but it's not seed.
There are samples playback on 1920x1080 with madVR(NGU).

I want to scale up to 4K but I need 4K monitor to check it. ;) And I need a better video card to do 4x waifu2x or very slow (about 0.5fps only waifu2x exclude encoding) Video card is pricy now…
4k is small, you need 8k. but better 16k.

I didn’t use convertfps. It’s VFR, timecode is same as origin. I hate VFR but R18 anime rips are almost VFR. You can give me a CFR/RAW version or rip it yourself.
If you feel jerk it's possible DVD or RIP has same issue. I campare senses in this version and origin that senses are smooth move or zoom-in / zoom-out. I felt they are same.
You can check another rip by search, I think it's same.
